My stay with our baseball team at this hotel was fantastic! The rooms were clean and spacious, and the breakfast had a great variety. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful, going above and beyond. The location was convenient, close to the SkyTrain, and the beds and pillows were the comfiest I've experienced. While the lack of dining choices is a downside, the access to the rest of the city was exceptional.

The rooms were extremely clean and comfortable with nice touches like an iron and ironing board, fresh soap, and prompt replacements of used items, but there was a recurring awful smell coming from water pouring down from the suite above. The service was excellent and the staff were very welcoming, kind, helpful, and accommodating, even going the extra mile to quickly provide me with a microwave setup within 5 minutes. The location was convenient for shopping and dining, close to Metrotown and with easy access to public transportation, making it ideal for both leisure and business travelers. Despite the room issue, the hotel offers good value for money given its facilities and location.
