Best Western Plus Burnaby Hotel, Burnaby

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were recently renovated, well-appointed, and offered good space. It was quiet, the bed was comfortable, and the hot breakfast served in-room was excellent. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation, shopping, and dining options. However, the lack of a microwave in the room was a slight inconvenience. Overall, a great value for the money!

My stay with our baseball team at this hotel was fantastic! The rooms were clean and spacious, and the breakfast had a great variety. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful, going above and beyond. The location was convenient, close to the SkyTrain, and the beds and pillows were the comfiest I've experienced. While the lack of dining choices is a downside, the access to the rest of the city was exceptional.

The hotel feels more like a travel inn at the side of a highway rather than a conference center. The rooms are clean and neat, ready for an early check-in which was a nice surprise, but more small tables than large ones. The service is exceptional, with a cheerful greeting from the kind staff, especially Katy. The location is convenient, with easy access to public transport and activities. The dining offers a decent, varied breakfast selection. Good value for the money overall.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were extremely clean and comfortable with nice touches like an iron and ironing board, fresh soap, and prompt replacements of used items, but there was a recurring awful smell coming from water pouring down from the suite above. The service was excellent and the staff were very welcoming, kind, helpful, and accommodating, even going the extra mile to quickly provide me with a microwave setup within 5 minutes. The location was convenient for shopping and dining, close to Metrotown and with easy access to public transportation, making it ideal for both leisure and business travelers. Despite the room issue, the hotel offers good value for money given its facilities and location.

The hotel is well-located with friendly staff, but room ventilation could be improved. Dining options were satisfactory, and the surroundings are convenient and budget-friendly.
